March for Science: For three consecutive years, in 2016, 2017, and 2018, the Institute of Medical Sciences organized the March for Science in Central Provinces. As part of the 2019 March for science, a “Mini-symposium on Science for the General Public: Open Doors Institute of Medical Sciences” was held with the participation of researchers from Central Provincias (Yessica Sáez, Virginia Núñez-Samudio Félix Camarena and Bolívar Franco).
