The IV Symposium Science in Central Provinces was organized by the Instituto de Ciencias Medicas and the Regional University Center of Azuero, CRUA, University of Panama. This event was held in September 2019. To meet the objectives set, a panel was held at the end of the event, whose main objective was to develop strategies for scientific evidence to be used by decision makers for the formulation of public policies that benefit the community.
